  • The property must be professionally cleaned before the day of staging, this includes all floors and surfaces. In addition please be sure that all work on the property is completed before the stage, this includes appliance installations, painting, home repairs and final touches. Staging should be the final step in the process before photos are taken and the house is listed on the market.

  • Only the NorthStar Team Should be onsite during the staging process, anyone including other contractors, realtors, homeowners, and even the agent can prevent our team from completing the stage in a timely manner. Please schedule any work that needs to be done before we stage the property.

  • Yes, in the winter months please ensure that all walkways and the driveway is cleared of all snow or ice. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee.

  • We use a variety of artwork; canvases and framed pieces which require real nails in a variety of sixes. We consider the material of the wall before hanging. We do not use command strips to ensure the artwork is secure on the wall throughout the entirety of the stage.
